Mushroom Penne with Creamy Sesame Sauce

Serves 1.



80 g penne dry pasta

10 ml olive oil

2 g salt

40 ml KEWPIE Japanese Dressing Roasted Sesame

20 ml water

20 g onion slice

10 g Shimeji mushrooms

a dash black pepper, crushed

5 g tomato, diced

2 g chives, sliced



1. Cook pasta as directed on packaging with olive oil and salt. Allow to cool completely.

2. Heat olive oil in pan and sauté onion and mushroom together.

3. When onion has turned transparent, add pasta, water, and KEWPIE Japanese Dressing Roasted Sesame.

4. Cook pasta for about a minute until the sauce thickens, then add in a dash of black pepper. Transfer to a plate and garnish with diced tomato and chives.
